LEGAL STRUCTURE AFTER FUNDING

As a new investor in The Weather Makers, you invest in certificates of shares via the foundation for the
Founders administration of shares in The Weather Makers (Stichting Administratiekantoor “Friends of The Weather
Makers”). 30% of the shares (29.999 certificates) in The Weather Makers have been made available to the
& early foundation. 33,34% percent of the certificates are available for new investors. This translates to 10% of
investors the total shares in The Weather Makers. The rest of the certificates in the foundation are available for
inspirators, the team or remain reserved in the depot.
