Geography and technology have always interested me, which is why I decided to study Civil Engineering at TU Delft. Here, I developed the technical skills that enable me to critically analyse complex projects today. During my studies I became more and more aware of the impact that climate change has on our current ecosystems. I’ve decided that I want to use my skills to help make a change.
In 2019 I started at The Weather Makers as a student, working on my graduation project about the morphological response to Lake Bardawil adaptations. After completing my thesis and graduating from TU Delft as a coastal engineer I got the opportunity to continue to work on coastal development projects at The Weather Makers. The work here perfectly aligns with the topics I have always been interested in and provides a chance to contribute to ecosystem restoration projects.« Back to Glossary Index
